North Shore at Lake Marion's on-site amenities will include an expansive, 2,500-square-foot clubhouse designed to be a gathering place for residents. Brimming with creature comforts, such as a fitness and wellness center, an education center, a community room, playground and a catering kitchen, residents will be able to enjoy dining and special events, as well as the opportunity to unwind after a long day on Lake Marion.

Pool/Beach

Located near the clubhouse in the center of the community, the 69,000-gallon outdoor swimming pool will be available for daily laps or relaxing afternoon with the family. For those, with a passion for fresh water swimming a small beach will be available for community residents to have direct access to Lake Marion.

Fitness Center

Designed with resident of all ages in mine, the fitness center is equipped with state-of-the art equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers and rowing machines as well as weight machines for resistance training.
